These participant terms summarize the registration commitments for the OETZ TROPHY race weekend. Operational details may be updated by the organiser before race day.
Eligibility
Registration is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old on race day and possess the necessary skills, physical fitness, and judgment for challenging whitewater. Individuals whose judgment is impaired by medication, alcohol, or drugs are excluded from the race.
Rules & Safety
All participants must follow the official AWP Kayak Rules and safety instructions as outlined in the race briefing at all times.
Registration & Payment
A start place is secured only after the registration form has been submitted and payment has been completed through Stripe.
Data & Media
Participant data is processed for event organisation. Photos, video, names, nationality, and results may be used for event reporting according to the privacy policy.
Austrian law applies. The place of performance and venue for legal proceedings is Innsbruck, unless otherwise required by law.If the event is canceled due to force majeure or for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, any entry fees already paid will be refunded in full to the participants. Any further liability or obligation to provide compensation on the part of the organizer is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
